So who the heck is Frik-n-Frak?

We're the most happily married couple in the whole wide world! Seriously. We're like two peas in a pod! We make our happy home in sunny North Carolina at the edge of a beautiful cow field! Frik (...or is he Frak?) was raised in the heart of the city in Cleveland, OH. He's never had cows before. Sometimes just for fun, he'll stand in the back yard and "Moo" at them. When he does this, he's "outstanding in his field!" Frak (...or is she Frik?) has lived her whole life here in North Carolina. She "tawks" funny! She's very beautiful! Frik loves Frak! Frak loves Frik! It's so sweet it makes your teeth hurt, no?

2. How much is the shipping for my order?
Shipping to most locations via USPS Priority Mail! A number of things contribute to the shipping and handling fees associated with your order.

The shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the items being delivered to you and also your preferred delivery service.

Orders being delivered anywhere in the USA are delivered via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. A small handling charge is applied to all orders.

3. Great! What about International shipping charges?

We ship Internationally using the Global Express (EMS) Service exclusively. We use the International Rate Calculator at; http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to help determine the shipping costs to your country. International rates provided at checkout are estimates only. It may be necessary for us to contact our international customers for additional funds prior to releasing an order if our estimated shipping charges are below the actual EMS shipping rates.

4. OUCH! Sort of expensive, isn't it?

True enough! As many of our products come from outside of the USA, we are fully aware of the painful costs associated with Global Express (EMS) shipping charges. Although it's pricey, we INSIST that our suppliers use this service when shipping to us. Our policy is in place in an effort to eliminate disappointment, delay and any additional expense to our customers. In the past, we have tried to use more affordable delivery services for international deliveries. What we have discovered is; once insurance, tracking and signature delivery confirmation is applied, EMS is the best and most cost effective solution.

For international orders, please be aware that we can not assume responsibility for any duties, fees, delays, etc. associated with or as a result of the Customs Service in your country.

5. How long before I will receive my order?

In most cases, your package will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. If there is an item that is back ordered, we will contact you via email. We will also give you an estimated date that you can expect to see your order. We generally ship to the United States using the USPS Priority Mail service. Occasionally, for heavier packages, we will use other delivery services (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

The time for delivery using USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 Days. USPS Express Mail arrives next day to the majority of addresses in the US. UPS and FedEx Ground Service typically take 3-4 days for delivery.

6. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you live in North Carolina. Sales tax is required when online shoppers live in the same state where the retailer has a physical "bricks-and-mortar" presence. Because we're located in North Carolina, we have to charge 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: These rules are constantly being debated in Congress and could change at any time. For now, no sales tax unless your order is being shipped to a North Carolina address.
7. What's your return policy?

We want you to be happy! If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it (in it's original condition) within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please contact us for return authorization. We will provide you with the proper procedure for returning your item. Please review our Terms and Conditions for specific return policies.

8. Sorta crazy to buy stuff off the Internet without seeing it in person, isn't it?

Any time you buy an item without actually seeing it first, there's a chance you won't get what you expected. For this reason, we take great care to describe each puzzle in detail, including a picture or two, so that you'll know what you're getting. In addition, our 100% Customer Satisfaction returns policy lets you return any puzzle in original condition within 30 days. Your credit card company also has very specific policies protecting you against fraud, non-delivery, and defective goods.

The companies that supply us with products are the finest in the industry! They all maintain extremely high quality standards. Even though we trust our suppliers to the moon, we carefully inspect every puzzle before we send it to you. We open and close puzzle boxes making sure all the moving pieces slide smoothly and as designed. We examine wooden items for scratches, nicks, flaws in the finish, or any other defects. We visually inspect each metal puzzle for possible defects. We understand that, unlike shoppers who buy in person, you don't have the advantage of inspecting the merchandise before you pay.
