I received my order quickly and understood the spirit of fun in the company's work when I saw the little candies resting on the merchandise before I uncovered it. The phone call I needed when there was difficulty in placing my order was answered quickly by a PERSON who was obviously of a good nature and responded to the problem immediately. Frik-n-frak can be proud to have human goodness coupled with their entrepreneurship.

My son is enjoying both the Chinese puzzle box and his newest puzzle "The Yot!"
I am very pleased with the fast delivery and the perfect condition of the package when it arrived. I also liked the little special touch of the candy that you added inside the package along with your business card. You guys are the greatest to shop from!
I intend on shopping quite a bit from your online store for all my brain teaser puzzles and other items you carry. I am passing along your website address to all my friends online ...a wonderful experience every time! Also your replies to questions and the special care you took to make sure my package arrived at the correct address was very impressive! I wish all online stores had the same customer service you both provide to us all. They need to take lessons from you on how a online store is suppose to be run! "I use puzzles in my highschool math classroom as a reward for students who complete their work. Extra credit to those who are clever enough to solve the most challenging puzzles! Your service was excellent and selection is very good, but most of all I liked the little bag of popcorn I recieved with the package. I seemed a little odd, but very pleasant surpise. "This is the second year in a row that I've ordered from you and both times I had a special request that you expeditiously replied to, and with great results I might add. The personal touch is a BIG plus! My order was shipped VERY promptly (next day when the Post Office opened) and I had it within three days. Everything was exactly as ordered, well packaged and in good shape. Also, I might add that I did some shopping around and the prices were better than most and competitive with the others. Shipping costs were as good as anybody's, especially when you consider the lower product prices. Bottom line is the pricing coupled with the personal "customer first" type support is a rare commodity this day and time, especially with on-line type shopping. If this were one of the online auction venues or one of the other major online shopping sites, I would give you a 10 out of 10! I will definitely buy from you again and would recommend you to anyone." |
